VT up to 18, UT holds at 25 in latest AP Top 25 poll

Both Virginia Tech and Tennessee won opening game thrillers in bowl like atmospheres. After the first week, the Hokies move up from 21 to 18 in the latest Associated Press top 25 football poll. The Vols hold steady at number 25.
