KINGSPORT, Tenn. -

For the tenth straight week, Sullivan North quarterback Cory Rowe walked the walk without talking the talk. Rowe ran for two touchdowns and threw for two more in the Raiders 40-6 win over Unicoi County to cap a perfect regular season.

?I came into the game with a good mindset that we are going 10-0, that we can't lose,? said Rowe.

Added Sullivan North head coach Robbie Norris: ?He led us the other night like he leads us every Friday night. He's a special player, a special kid on a special team. We're awfully proud of him.?

This is Rowe?s first season as a starting quarterback and he has yet to lose a game. His success on the field has exceeded the expectations of his coaches and some opposing players.

?I talked to Lucas Glover, the running back from Sullivan East. He said he was really proud of me. He didn't think I'd come out and be the player I was. I feel privileged that I'm on the same level with some of the good players in our conference,? said Rowe.
