Jerry Stackhouse hasn't played since January 26, the result of an "organization decision" to give MarShon Brooks more of an opportunity, reports Stefan Bondy. Somewhat oddly, he was inactive on Sunday at home, the official reason being "rest." Then, he didn't travel to New Orleans for "personal reasons." Does that mean he's done? Not at all, P.J. Carlesimo tells Bondy. He's hoping to see more of Stackhouse in the playoffs. Said the Nets coach... "Stack helped us strongly win some games early in the year, and I think the potential is there. Especially if we’re fortunate enough to make the playoffs, I think his experience becomes something that’s more valuable. So yeah, that’s something we need to define better than we are now."
