Mark Sanchez is going back to school. According to a source, the Jets quarterback began working yesterday with former NFL quarterback Jeff Garcia, who played under Marty Mornhinweg, the Jets’ new offensive coordinator, in San Francisco and Philadelphia. The 26-year-old Sanchez, who suffered through a miserable 2012 season, is trying to resurrect his career and will spend his time with Garcia picking the former All-Pro’s brain about Mornhinweg and the intricacies of the West Coast offense. With the Eagles in 2000, Garcia threw for a career-high 4,278 yards and 31 touchdowns while playing under Mornhinweg.
