A Johnson City man will spend 235 months in federal prison after pleading guilty to receiving child pornography.
56-year-old Bobby Howard Cook received his sentence in Greeneville's Federal Court yesterday.
Cook was sentenced on the same offense in 1997 and released on probation. He was also charged in Hamblen County for aggravated sexual battery and sexual battery of a child, and in Washington County, Tennessee, he was convicted of indecent exposure.
