A Blountville man's been arrested on four counts of child rape. 45-year-old Steve Slaughter of Blountville was arrested yesterday at the Sullivan County Highway Department where he works. A detective with the Sullivan County Sheriff's Office says the rapes happened over a two year time period. The female victim is now seven-years-old.
