Johnson City Police found some marijuana during a drug investigation at Fox Glenn Apartments.
27-year-old Bret Steven Alvis is now facing charges for having several bags of marijuana and a pipe and for intending to sell it.
Police say Alvis was driving near the apartments when they arrived last night. He's in jail under a $10,000 dollar bond and will be arraigned tomorrow.
