Local Food Bank Receives New Truck.

The Second Harvest Food Bank of Northeast Tennessee has received a much-needed donation to serve its increasing need to feed families.

The food bank received a new truck filled with food to feed over 700 families in the region.

The Wal-Mart Foundation donated the truck. It's part of their holiday giving initiative.

The new truck will help the food bank and 34 additional food banks transport up to more than 50 million pounds of food per year.
