Johnson City Police arrested a man after responding to a disturbance call at Keystone Housing. Benjamin Hyatt is now charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, possession of drug paraphernalia, trespassing and public intoxication. Hyatt was found at the Keystone Housing area after an argument. He will appear in court on Monday.
