Today the health care debate kicks into high gear, as the House gets ready to vote on the bill as early as tomorrow.
The Democrats' plan would expand coverage to 96 percent of Americans and cost $1.2 trillion dollars over the next 10 years. It would also create a government backed public option for those who can't get coverage through their work.
Republicans are united against it. One reason, is that they are not convinced that public money would not cover abortion or go to insurers that cover it.
