Council, Virginia Shooting

A man is in critical condition today after a shooting in Council, Virginia Wenesday night.
Buchanan County investigators were called to the Grissom Creek area around seven and have charged Roger Baldwin with firing the gun.
They believe that Baldwin had an argument with Bobby Harris and ended up firing a pistol and hitting Harris in the abdomen.
Authorities say he also threatened to shoot another person there.
Baldwin is charged with attempted first degree murder, malicious shooting and several other related charges.
He's being held in the Haysi Regional Jail
