This is Election Day across the country. Ballots will be cast to elect state and local governmental officials all across the country and ballot initiatives and referendums will be voted on, as well.
Among the most watched races today will be the Virginia and New Jersey governors races, the New York City mayors race and Maine is voting on a same sex marriage referendum.
