Bristol, TN Police Believe Shooting May Have Been Accidental



Bristol, Tennessee police believe a deadly shooting at a Halloween party may have been an accident.  It happened around 2 o'clock Sunday morning during a Halloween party at a home on Georgia Avenue.  Police say 21-year-old Anthony Waits was found dead inside the home.  Authorities say someone brought a loaded handgun to the party as part of a costume.
