A Surgoinsville man was sentenced to eight years in prison for having child porn. He's already serving five years for trying to have sex with a 13-year-old girl in Kentucky. 28-year-old Dustin McPhetridge was sentenced in Hawkins County Circuit Court. McPhetridge made national headlines two years ago when he appeared on "Dateline NBC: To Catch a Predator" program. After chatting with a girl he thought was 13 online, he drove to Kentucky and was caught on camera. McPhetridge admitted having child pornography in his home. A search revealed CDs with more than 100 child porn images.
