Kingport Police Arrest 3 On 2 Different Drug Raids



Kingsport Vice detectives have arrested 3 people in 2 different drug raids.  The arrests were made Wednesday night.

In the first case 40-year-old Robert Lewis Owens was arrested at his home on East Center Street.   Police say Owens was selling crack cocaine within a thousand feet of a school.

In a separate investigation two more people were arrested.  29-year-old Joshua Lee Hash and 33-year-old Amanda Lynn Hash were arrested at their home on Terry Drive.

Authorities say the couple had a marijuana growing operation on their property.  Joshua Hash is also charged with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
