Bristol, Tennessee police have arrested a woman in a sex abuse case. They say the victim was a young girl. 42-year-old Gwendolyn Hagerman is charged with rape of a child and statutory rape. Authorities say the abuse started when the girl was 11 and continued for 2 years. Authorities can not say how the victim knew Hagerman but they do tell us the 2 were not related. The case is still under investigation.
