Fugitive Arrest

A fugitive wanted for murder in Alabama was arrested on Interstate 81 near Chilhowie this morning.
U.S. Marshalls and Virginia State Police took Edward Morsby, The Third, into custody without incident.
Morsby was wanted in Birmingham for the murder of a jewelry store owner yesterday afternoon.
He is charged with capital murder and several other drug related charges in alabama.
