Waterline Explosion



3 members of the Russell County, Virginia public service authority were injured on the job yesterday.  It happened on route 657 on Coal Tipple Road.  They were installing a new water line to a home when there was an explosion.  Officials believe the crew hit an air pocket.  The 3 men were taken to the hospital.  One of them has been released.
