Virginia Intermont will not raise tuition
A college facing financial difficulty decided not to raise tuition.
Virginia Intermont College's president, Clorisa Phillips, says this is the third year in a row that the private, nonprofit college has opted to hold annual tuition costs at $24,542.
Phillips says the college is committed to careful management of resources and holding tuition is one of several recent initiatives taken to better serve students.
