Republican Ken Cuccinelli and Democrat Terry McAuliffe meet Friday in another non-debate forum, a format that's become common among Virginia's two scandal-scarred candidates for governor.

The two will share the state independently in Manassas for a morning event, but won't get the chance to argue back and forth or ask each other questions as a debate allows.

They did the same thing Friday in Wytheville before a farm industry group, on Monday before mental health advocates in Richmond, and again Tuesday at a community college forum on transportation in Hampton Roads.

They're not scheduled to debate again until mid-September at a McLean event sponsored by the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce.
