NASHVILLE, Tenn. -

The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency is now offering more than a million dollars to Tennesseans who help conserve wildlife.

News 5 learned the money is part of federal grants provided under the Wildlife Habitat Incentives Program to help landowners develop or enhance wetland, upland and aquatic habitat areas on their property.

Agricultural and forest landowners can apply for the grants until June 10. Only projects that are ready to implement will be ranked for funding.
