Patton told us Wednesday that the victim had 'mental limitations.'
The teens are in the Highlands Juvenile Detention Center in Bristol. They're scheduled to be sentenced September 12.
Patton says they could be sentenced to anywhere from five years to life in prison and that they will have to register as sex offenders.
