BRISTOL, Va. -

There's a new restaurant opening in downtown Bristol soon.

You can't miss the new Quaker Steak & Lube on the corner of State Street and Piedmont. If the bright green paint on the outside of the building doesn't stand out enough, maybe it's the two huge cars on its outdoor covered patio.

The Pennsylvania-based restaurant includes two bars, the patio, flat screen televisions and sports and automobile memorabilia, including cars hanging from the ceiling and a dirt bike donated by X-Games winner Mike Brown.

The restaurant had a VIP party Monday night for city council, builders and friends.

Co-owner Jeff Tickle says local businesses have been supportive of the restaurant bringing traffic downtown. "We think Bristol has the best downtown in the Tri Cities, and it's a vibrant downtown, and we think this will just help improve the overall economy of the downtown area and Bristol in general," he says.

Tickle also says the restaurant is bringing 105 new jobs to the downtown area.

For those who  haven't eaten at Quaker Steak & Lube, Tickle recommends the ribs and sandwiches, and, of course, he says the restaurant has the best wings in the U.S. with 25 signature sauces.

The restaurant officially opens on Wednesday at 3 p.m.
