BRISTOL, Tenn. -

Bristol, Tennessee Police are looking for the driver responsible for a hit-and-run Tuesday afternoon.  Police tell News 5, the accident happened just after five o'clock on Old Thomas Bridge Road.

Officers say the victim was walking in the east-bound lane when witnesses say a west-bound vehicle crossed the center line and hit the pedestrian.  Witnesses say that vehicle kept going.

The victim was taken to a hospital with serious injuries.
