2013: A high-speed train derails in Santiago de Compostela, Spain, while rounding a curve with an 50 mph speed limit at 120 mph, killing 79 passengers and injuring 140 more. Four days later, train's driver, Francisco José Garzón Amo, was charged with 79 counts of homicide by professional recklessness and additional counts of causing injury by professional recklessness.
