A new Gallup survey found that 70 percent of Americans hate their jobs or are completely disengaged. Here's a look at the states with the most disgruntled workers. "Not Engaged" means showing up for work, but essentially sleep-walking through the day. "Actively Disengaged" means you've got one foot out the door (i.e. looking for other jobs on your lunch break).
