A man recently collected $500,000 in the Virginia Lottery's Millionaire Mania scratch-off game. This wouldn't be that unusual except that it was the fourth time the same man has won the lottery, not by playing giant-jackpot Mega Millions or Powerball games, but through simple scratch-off games.

In addition to his recent winnings, Melvyn Wilson, of Woodbridge, Va., won $1 million in a scratch-off game in 2005, the same year he also won $500,000. In 2004, he won $25,000. He's now won a total of $2,025,000 in lottery winnings.

Wilson has earned the nickname "Mr. Lucky" and attributes his winnings to being in the right place at the right time.
