New facts on a man accused in a shootout with Hawkins County Sheriff's Deputies made his first court appearance Wednesday morning.
Trevor Burton was arraigned in Hawkins County and is facing three attempted first degree murder charges. The judge set a trial date for Burton and didn't give him bond.
Deputies say neighbors complained about Burton firing a gun at people on a hayride Thursday night on Campbell Drive. They say Burton started shooting at deputies who returned fire, then ran into the woods where he was later arrested. Click here to read more.
