Extra court fines will fund center for domestic abuse/sexual assault

Criminals will soon be paying more in court costs in Washington County, Tennessee.

The county commission voted unanimously in favor of the Victim Assistance Fee, which will be an additional $45 fine for people convicted of certain criminal charges in Washington County.

Charged and arrested for driving on a revoked license, impersonation, and aggravated assault

Johnson City Police Department charged 20 year-old Victoria M. Arnett of Johnson City, with Driving on a Revoked License, Criminal Impersonation, and two counts of Aggravated Assault.
