MILLIGAN COLLEGE, TENN. -

High School students from across the country are learning about leadership this week at Milligan College.

The 12th annual conference has attracted 86 students from twelve states.

The students stay on campus for a week and learn how to step up as leaders in their communities. They are also taught how to bring the teachings of christianity to all aspects of their lives.

Phillis Fox is the Director of Church Relations. "We're teaching students that their service in the church is very important." said Fox. "But what ever vocation God calls them to, that is their ministry, where ever that may be in the world."

Almost half the students that attend the conference will go on to study at Milligan.
