Jury selection begins Tuesday for the Fort Hood shooting suspect Major Nidal Hasan.
And, former U.S. Attorney General Ramsey Clark says he won't represent Hasan. Hasan will continue to represent himself.
Clark offered his services to Hasan and discussed the case with him at the jail over the weekend and Monday. Clark said Monday he might step in as Hasan's attorney when testimony begins in August.
Hasan faces the death penalty if convicted in the 2009 shooting rampage on the Texas army post. Nearly three dozen people were wounded and 13 died. Johnson County native Specialist Fred Greene was among those killed.
