Grilling is one of the main attractions over the July 4th weekend, but some shoppers notice that grocery prices are going up.

According to a report from NBC News, beef prices are up 14 percent from last year, cheese is up 11 percent and a tomato costs shoppers 12 percent more.

While prices are up, many stores do have sales on grilling essentials during the summer.

Grocery shoppers tell News 5 they're going to buy these essential items anyway, but it's important to keep an eye out for those special 4th of July deals.
