An Arizona teen is recovering after breaking both her feet in a failed backyard pool jump.
In a video posted on YouTube, Nicole Easton was dared by a group of friends to jump off the roof of a house and land in the backyard swimming pool. A male teen jumped before her and made it, but when Easton and her friend jumped together, holding hands, her friend landed in the pool and Easton landed feet-first on the concrete. The recent college graduate broke both of her feet and will be confined to a wheelchair for the next several weeks.
Easton's mother has found herself under fire after posting the video online showing her daughter breaking her feet in a bid to raise money for the injured teen. She created a page on the popular crowdfunding site gofundme.com and is asking the online community to help her raise money for her daughter's everyday expenses while she recovers from her injuries.
