ROGERSVILLE, Tenn. -

A fire leaves 15 seniors without a place to stay.

The fire happened around 2:00pm Saturday at Burton Plaza, which is an assisted living facility in Rogersville.

We're told the fire started in a kitchen unit in the center apartment building. Crews were able to put the fire out quickly.

Several apartments in the building suffered damage, but the building does not appear to be a total loss.

We're told no one was hurt in the fire.

The Red Cross is providing assistance to the 15 people who were displaced.

There is no word on what caused the fire.
