The NAPA Auto Store in Big Stone Gap went up in flames for the second time in a week which has some people worried about their safety and the town's economy.
Much of East Fifth Street where NAPA is located had to be blocked off Tuesday while fire crews worked to get the fire out.
The initial fire started just after 5 Monday afternoon.
The fire chief tells us they were unable to get to the basement section of the building Monday due to the fire's intensity and that is where the fire rekindled this morning.
We're told this is the paint room of the shop, and when the fire hit the aerosol cans several exploded causing loud booms.
One person we spoke with says this is yet another blow to the town, “It's sad to see because there are some really great people that live in this area and with the economy the way it is in this area too you really hate to see this happen because of the job situation," says Lance Yeary.
The fire destroyed the business.
There is no word on what started the fire.
