The Fender Family's corn maze is one the areas most popular attractions during the Fall season.
The farm has seven acres of corn which is converted into the "Maize".
This years design will honor the boy scouts. The corn maze is two miles of twists and turns and features 85 decision points. Julius Johnson is the Commissioner of Agriculture for the state of Tennessee. "It's tougher in a lot of the small farm situations to have a gross income that you can still live off the farm." says Johnson. "So adding different activities like agrotourism enhances their bottom line."
The Sequoyah Council Boys Scouts will visit the maze on September 6th. It will open to the public on September 12th and stay open until early November.
