GREENEVILLE, Tenn. -

A Greeneville, Tennessee doctor will have to wait a little bit longer before finding out what his sentence will be.

A federal court found Anindya Kumar Sen and his wife Patricia guilty of purchasing more than $3 million worth of misbranded, unapproved drugs from a company that distributed medications from foreign sources.

The indictment says it happened while they operated East Tennessee Cancer and Blood Center in Greeneville and Johnson City between 2009 and 2012.

A judge will rule on objects from the defendants and decide which sentencing guidelines will be used.

Sentencing will continue on June 10th.
