The phone line to the Scott County Dispatch Center remains down Friday morning, after an outage Thursday night.  Dispatchers tell News 5 non-emergency lines were restored around midnight, but direct 911 access remains unavailable.

Emergency callers dialing 911 will be routed to Washington County, Virginia dispatchers, who will then send those calls to one of the non-emergency lines in Scott County.

Dispatchers say crews are working on the problem.
