The parking problem at ETSU should be better for students this fall.
Crews continue to work on the new parking garage, slated to have more than 1,200 parking spaces.
We've learned there has been a small delay getting steel to construct the offices on the west end of the building.
School officials say they're still on track to meet their deadline. "I think currently it's estimated around September 15, so that is for the total building. We may very well be able to use the parking area even though offices aren't completed," said David Collins Vice President of Finance at ETSU.
Several roads are closed near campus as crews build a pedestrian walkway for students.
