CARTER COUNTY, Tenn. -

Carter County deputies are searching for a man wanted in connection with a meth lab.

Sheriff Chris Mathes tells us around 8:30 Friday night four people went to a home on Blue Springs Road and began bringing meth making items into the home.

Mathes says some people in the home tried to stop it, but failed and called police. When officers arrived they found an active meth lab in the bathroom, as well as a 'one pot' meth bottle in a car outside.

Police arrested Courtney Nicole Williams and Travis Don Hodge. Both were charged with with Initiation of a Process Intended to Result in the Manufacture of Methamphetamine, Promotion of Meth Manufacture and Knowing Physical Abuse or Gross Neglect

We're told one suspect, Byron Tolley, left the scene as officers arrived and is still at large.

Deputies say the investigation is ongoing and more arrests are expected.

Mathes tells us the home is under quarantine.
