Local, state and federal officials announced the results of this investigation at a press conference in Jonesborough Friday.

It began four years ago in Gray, Tennessee. As investigators continued asking questions, the Washington County Tennessee Sheriff's Office tells News 5 it stretched to other communities in Northeast Tennessee, including Johnson City, Elizabethton and Greene County.
