Move over hands-free cellphone calls and make way for hands-free popcorn-eating. The voice-activated "Popinator" debuted on the web this week, but as Jeanne Moos reports it's not all it's popped up to be.

A man presented a marriage certificate to visit someone in a detention center but police say he's now facing charges because the certificate was fake.
