(CNN) -- One of the two Americans killed Monday in eastern Afghanistan was a U.S. Army Green Beret, according to a U.S. military official. Two Americans and two Afghan army personnel were killed when an assailant wearing an Afghan National Security Forces uniform opened fire at a military base in Wardak province, U.S. and Afghan officials said.
