Thief steals Father Christmas

BOONE, N.C. -

Boone, North Carolina police are searching for a Christmas thief.

Police say the suspect stole a Santa Claus Christmas decoration from a display at Sun-Life Sunrooms and Spas on Highway 105 in Boone. We're told it happened on Thursday morning around 1 a.m.

Surveillance footage shows a suspect with dark hair. He was wearing a light grey hooded sweatshirt and black sweatpants that have a light-colored stripe down the leg.
