Tennessee has seen another death from the fungal meningitis outbreak that sickened 620 people in America.
Health officials say 14 people have now died in Tennessee from the disease. Overall, 124 people have been sickened in the volunteer state.
The state health department has just released more letters and phone calls warning people they could still be at risk.
Health officials tell us lingering infections at the injection site could lead to fungal meningitis if untreated.
