A Utah woman charged in the murder of her four-year-old son from Richlands, Virginia will not appear in court in November. Her hearing was reset for November 15th.

Authorities say Ethan Stacy was visiting Stephanie Sloop at her home in Utah between April 29 and May 8 of 2010.

Autopsy results show that he was severely abused before authorities found Ethan's body in a remote location in Utah.

Ethan's stepfather, Nathan Sloop, pleaded not guilty to brutally beating and killing the boy.

He is expected back in court in October.
