Saltville man charged with identity theft

A Saltville, Virginia man faces several charges including identity theft and grand larceny Tuesday.
Washington County, Virginia sheriff Fred Newman tells us the arrest stems from an investigation into unauthorized bank transactions. We've learned 30-year-old Jamie Roark is accused of making unauthorized transactions totaling more than $11,000.
According to Sheriff Newman, Roark is accused of making payments to a personal credit card account between May and September without the victim's knowledge.
Roark was out on bond Tuesday morning.
