A Rogersville, Tennessee man is facing drug charges after Hawkins County officers say he had prescription pills in his vehicle.
Officers say James Michael Whitaker is charged with having drugs and drug paraphernalia.
They say, during a traffic stop, Whitaker appeared to be nervous.
Officers tell us they asked him if he had any controlled substances and that's when, officers say, Whitaker pulled a prescription pill bottle out of his pocket.
We're told, that bottle contained Endocet pills, which is a form of pain medicine.
Whitaker's bond is set at $10,000.
He is scheduled to appear in court November seventh.
