A restaurant franchise is making its way to the Tri-Cities.
First Watch, known as a daytime cafe, has plans to open locations in Bristol, Kingsport and Johnson City, along with Knoxville and Asheville, North Carolina during the next five years.
The first one is expected to open in the first half of this year in Knoxville.
Each of the restaurants are expected to employ about 25 people.
First Watch is open seven days a week from seven in the morning to 2:30 in the afternoon.
It offers free newspapers and wifi internet access.
