Regulating storm water
An appeal will not be filed after a judge's ruling about an attempt to regulate storm water runoff in Va.
A ruling was first handed down that the Environmental Protection Agency overstepped its authority by attempting to regulate storm water runoff as a pollutant.
Va. Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli, who argued the case, said today that the EPA informed his office of its decision not to appeal.
Cuccinelli says the ruling could ultimately save Va. taxpayers more than $300-million.
